CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

You may cancel your order within 60 minutes of submitting it by emailing us at hello@iamvibes.co.uk

We cannot make changes to an order once it’s been submitted.  

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal. We also accept pre-paid credit cards so long as the card has a billing address attached to it.

We cannot split payments between credit cards. Please note orders are subject to review.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?

You will be charged when we ship your order .We will update you with a shipping confirmation email at that time. A pre-authorization is placed onto your credit card when you submit your order, but we don’t process the payment until the order has been shipped.

WHAT CURRENCY IS THE SITE IN?

Prices on the United Kingdom site are in British Pounds.

The charges to your credit card will reflect the current exchange rate from GBP to your local currency.

Additionally, some credit card companies may charge you for international transactions fees. To find out more, it’s best to check with your credit card company prior to placing your order.

ORDER STATUS

To check your order status, head to the ORDER STATUS page, where you can login to your account and enter the tracking number for your order.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

You can track your order on the UPS website using the airway bill number provided to you after your order has been shipped.

Yes. We've taken several steps to ensure all information received from our online guests is secure. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used to protect every transaction between our website and your computer.

Your order will ship from one of our Distribution Centers located across the European Union and U.K.

Shipping times start when your item(s) have left our distribution center. Please allow for 1-2 business days for processing at our distribution center before your order is shipped. Times may vary subject to order volumes demand.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR RURAL ZIP CODES?

Yes, but we cannot guarantee expedited or overnight deliveries to P.O. Boxes or rural zip codes and transit times may vary depending on location.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Your order is considered International when it is shipped outside the European Union.

Please note that standard international shipping fees do not include taxes or duties and they may differ depending on your region. 

HOW MUCH DUTY AND TAX WILL I HAVE TO PAY?

We're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.

CAN YOU ADJUST THE VALUE OF MY ORDER?

No. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package content.

CAN ALL ITEMS SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

YES!

RETURN POLICIES 

Not quite right? If you're looking to make a return, breathe easy and follow our guidelines as we accept returns and exchanges on all items except underwear and water bottles.

ARE THERE CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?

Yes. Items must be unwashed and unworn with the hangtag attached and accompanied by proof of payment.

You must also obtain your return authorization form within 14 days of receiving your order.

HOW CAN I MAKE AN ONLINE RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

To make an online return, follow these easy steps:

  1. Email us at hello@iamvibes.co.uk with the reason of your return and obtain a Return Authorization Form, which will include our return address.
  2. Print the Return Authorization Form and place it in the bag/box with the item(s) you are returning/exchanging and send it to us
  3. We’ll refund you within seven business days of receiving your package and send you an email when this transaction has taken place, or send out your exchange Free of Charge

Please note that you need to return your item(s) to IAMVIBES at your own cost. IAMVIBES cannot be held accountable for loss of incoming mail, so it is your responsibility to ensure the parcel reaches us safely and in the proper condition as outlined in our Return Policy. Generally our customers return parcels obtaining a certificate of posting to ensure the package traceability.

ARE PRICE ADJUSTMENTS OFFERED?

No, we do not offer price adjustments.

CAN I RETURN SWIMWEAR?

Yes. Swimwear must be returned with hygienic liner intact.

WHAT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE?

Underwear and water bottles.
