If you have any questions about an order or missing item, please do contact me via the content page.

I send all domestic items UK SIGNED FOR FIRST CLASS so they should be with you in 1-2 working days. If you are within the United Kingdom, Royal Mail can occasionally take a little longer to get your order to you. If your order is international, we send all items INTERNATIONAL TRACKED & SIGNED, they usually arrive's within 7 working days after order confirmation is received. Be sure your vibes are on their way, i am always here to support.

Do you ship worldwide and how much is postage?

Our online store ships all items worldwide. Postage price depends on the number of items ordered. Shipping starts at £5.20. *Please note* additional customs charges / import duty may be added on the arrival of your items.

I ordered my item X days ago, when will it arrive?

UK orders take 2-3 WORKING days, International currently takes 7 WORKING days unless a faster services is requested. If you would like any upgrades to your postage just drop me a line tom@iamvibes.co.uk

It's been over the stated time of delivery, why have my items still not arrived?

Please contact me and state your order number, Name & Mailing Address and i will have a dive in and see whats going on. Sometimes items have attempted delivery but not left a " we missed you" card and your items will be hiding in the nearest postal depot. 

Can i only pay using Paypal or do you accept credit cards etc?

We accept all your magic major credit cards & Paypal. 

I've received an incorrect item, what should I do?

If you receive an incorrect item please contact me and state your order number or email address. We will then direct you on how to return your order and the correct item will be resent free of charge with love.

What is your returns policy?

You would need to return your item(s) to iamVibes at your own cost, on checking the goods are un-used and in new condition we will refund you or send out your exchange free of charge. iamVibes cannot be held accountable for loss of incoming mail, so it is your responsibility to ensure the parcel reaches us safely. Generally our customers return parcels using Royal Mail's 1st or 2nd class service; please ensure you obtain a certificate of posting if you decide to use either.
